§ Mr. MellorConsideration of possible new provisions for reparation in the criminal justice system are still at an early stage. My right hon. Friend is currently funding four experimental schemes in which reparation is used, and 237W hopes to publish before Christmas a discussion document examining such issues as the form which reparation might take.
