§ The Prime MinisterWe have raised this case with the Soviet authorities four times in the last three years, most recently when the Minister of State, Foreign Office my hon. Friend the Member for Edinburgh, Pentlands (Mr. Rifkind) met the Soviet First Deputy Foreign Minister in Moscow in July. Regrettably, the Soviet side has had nothing to add to its position as stated in 1957 to the Swedish ambassador in Moscow.
