§ Mr. John MacKayAs I indicated in my answer to the hon. Member on 30 October 1985 at column546, my noble Friend the Minister of State hopes to publish a paper on the future strategy for agricultural research and development in Scotland around the beginning of December. A consultation paper on the future of the agricultural advisory services in Scotland is on the point of publication.
