§ Mr. WhitneyThis information is not collected by the Department but the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy's publication "Personal Social Services Statistics 1985–86 Estimates", a copy of which is in the Library, indicates (column 159) that 18 authorities are not expecting any income from home help service charges during 1985–86.
