(2) what arrangements have been proposed by London boroughs relating to responsibility for the Rotherhithe tunnel after 31 March 1986.
§ Mrs. ChalkerThe Advice Note LGA (L) DTp3, sent to London boroughs on 24 July, proposed that the borough of Tower Hamlets should be responsible for the Rotherhithe tunnel, and the following boroughs should be responsible for the Thames bridges:
