§ Mr. RaisonI have decided to make available a further £1.225 million. Of this £0.2 million is being allocated to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees; £0.525 million to the League of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies; and £0.5 million to the International Committee of the Red Cross.
