§ The Solicitor-GeneralI have taken the question as referring to the Consumer Products (Safety) Regulations 1984. Primary responsibility for the enforcement of this legislation rests with the Department of Trade and Industry.
I understand that the Department of Health and Social Security is considering the material referred to by the hon. Member which was sent to the Department on 1 November 1985.
