asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will list the bodies making representations on matters contained in the recent report on the scrutiny of administrative and legislative requirements in small businesses.

I have received a large number of representations from companies, national and local organisations, local authorities, businessmen and private individuals in response to the White PaperLifting the Burden (Cmnd. 9571) which was published on 16th July. I shall naturally be very willing to receive further views on the White Paper from any individual or group. The organisations which have responded to the White Paper are listed below:
