§ Mr. Giles ShawMy right hon. and learned Friend has received a report from the forensic science service on the operation of the Lion intoximeter and the Camic breath analyser evidetial breath testing instruments, which will be published in due course. The lion intoximeter is used by 39 of the 43 police forces in England and Wales. The Camic instrument is used in Northumbria, Durham, Cleveland and North Yorkshire and, I understand, by forces in Scotland.
