§ Mr. RifkindI refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave him on 24 April, at column 452. As my right hon. and learned Friend told the House on 25 April, at column 1014, we attach the utmost importance to the re-establishment of good relations with Nigeria, and we believe that the Nigerian Government share our desire to get back on course.
