§ Mrs. ChalkerSince 1 January, 12 heavy goods vehicle driving test appointments at the Steeton centre have been cancelled because of weather conditions, and eight by candidates themselves. Seven have been cancelled because no examiner was available. Over the same period four HGV test periods were not taken up.
