§ Mr. LeeMeans of protecting Her Majesty's ships from projectiles, including the possible use of ceramic ("plastic") armour, are kept under continuous review.
Strengthened steel is used in certain cases to give protection to vital spaces but currently there are no plans to fit ceramic armour.
