§ The Prime MinisterThe December European Council endorsed measures to strengthen co-operation against terrorism and abuse of diplomatic immunity. We have since continued to work for further co-operation within the Ten. We welcomed the discussion of terrorism at the Bonn economic summit and shall continue to work for close and effective international co-operation in that forum and elsewhere.
