§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeSince 11 February when I announced the introduction of revised community health councils regulations we have received six letters from hon. Members, three from community health councils, three from the Association of Community Health Councils for England and Wales and one from a member of the public. There have also been 12 questions put down by hon. Members and a debate on a prayer against the revised regulations.
