§ Sir George YoungThe National Home Improvement Council invited my hon. Friend the Minister for Housing and Construction to open the exhibition on 14 May. My hon. Friend will be out of the country on that date. I also have long-standing commitments in the midlands on 14 May. My hon. Friend the Minister of State, Department of Trade and Industry, has kindly agreed to open the exhibition.
