§ Mr. Portilloasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether the Government intend to make a further contribution to the United Nations international children's emergency fund appeal for Africa.
§ Mr. RaisonI have made available a further £1 million for the UNICEF special appeal for Africa. This is in addition to the £1 million contribution announced in August 1984.
