§ Mr. ScottHer Majesty's prison, Magilligan, at present holds 317 prisoners, all of whom are conforming to prison rules. The structure of the prison system as a whole, including Magilligan, is being considered in the context of the planned opening of Her Majesty's prison, Maghaberry.
