Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he has approved the submission by Castlereagh borough council of an application to the European regional development fund for financial asistance, either by grant or loan, towards the capital costs of the proposed Dundonald international ice-bowl by Castlereagh borough council.
