§ The Prime MinisterThe replenishment of the International fund for agricultural development (IFAD) was not discussed specifically in Bonn. IFAD is financed on the basis of equitable burden-sharing among its member countries. The Government contributed 5 per cent. of the share provided by OECD countries to the last 391W replenishment, and we would expect to contribute a similar share of the next one if and when it is approved by the donors collectively.
