§ Sir George Young[pursuant to his reply, 3 May 1985, c. 257]: The London Docklands Development Corporation, in its evidence to the public local planning inquiry into the STOLport development, provided information on its potential for attracting investment generally to the royal docks and surrounding area, although the question of foreign investment was not specifically examined.
