§ Lord James Douglas-Hamiltonasked the Prime Minister (1) what was the level of the rate support grant including the per capita value for each year, from central Government to Scotland, England and Wales, for each of the last 10 years; what percentage this represented of total local government expenditure for each year; and if she will publish a table;
(2) what comparisons have been made between the relative rateable value of comparable properties, small businesses and industries in Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland, respectively; and if she will publish this information in the form of a table.
