Mr. Gordon Brown

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the daily traffic flow figures recorded for the following roads (a) the M8 from Ratho to Newhouse, (b) the A9 from Perth, (c) the Forth Road Bridge, (d) the A92 at Hillend, (e) the A74, (f) the M9 from Ratho to Falkirk and (g) the M90.

Exceptional local factors have not been taken into account. The figures are annual averages: actual daily flows may be substantially higher or lower depending on seasonal and other variations.
