§ Mrs. FennerThe estimated capital value of agricultural land in the United Kingdom, (including the value of agricultural buildings, but not dwellings) is shown below for the years 1966, 1970 and 1983. Comparable figures for earlier years are not available. Over the 17 year period the increase in value in real terms, ie deflated by the retail price index, was one-third.
