§ Mr. ButcherThe average waiting time for the first visit is three months in north London and six weeks in south London. Subsequent visits may be necessary to resolve a case. The Department is currently reviewing the activities of the radio investigation service and the information available to the public on dealing with broadcast reception problems, with a view to making the most effective use of the available resources.
