§ Mr. John MacKayThe Forestry Commission has been concerned to keep the numbers of persons attending the seminar within manageable proportions in order to ensure a constructive discussion. The bodies invited represent a balanced cross-section of interests. In these circumstances, the commission does not propose to issue any further invitations.
