Mr. Ashdownasked the Secretary of State for the cHome Department whether he will take steps to gather and publish annually the number of occasions on which visiting forces in Britain involved in drug offences contravening British law have claimed primary jurisdiction for their nationals under the Visiting Forces Act in a way which has removed them from the jurisdiction of British courts.
