§ Mr. Giles ShawAs outlined in the reply given to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Kingswood (Mr. Hayward) on 23 January at columns417–18, the degree of regulation of community radio and its relationship with, and implications for, existing and prospective sound broadcasting services are among the matters which fall to be considered in the context of our study of how the development of community radio can best be taken forward. My right hon. and learned Friend hopes to make a further statement before long.
