§ Mr. Wyn RobertsIn August last year, I received from the Welsh Consumer Council a copy of a report published by the National Consumer Council on the future of the death grant. My response made it clear that substantive comments on the issues raised was a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services who is responsible for the administration of this grant.
