§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will initiate discussions with the manufacturers and distributors of beverages sold in metal cans and with the tobacco companies whose products are sold in packets about measures to seek to encourage the public to dispose of the empty containers properly through refuse collection facilities.
