§ Mr. FletcherSir Kenneth Berrill has agreed to undertake the task of establishing the Securities and Investments Board. The Government hope to announce appointments to the marketing of investments board organising committee very shortly. The Department is considering comments on the financial services White Paper and preparing legislation.
