§ Mr. RaisonThrough the Overseas Development Administration the Government are responsible for the administration of all overseas aid programme funds. Currently just over 40 per cent. is being channelled through multilateral aid organisations, including the European Community; the exact proportion varies from one financial year to another. The multilateral organisations we support are listed in the Supply Estimates presented to Parliament each year. Parts of the bilateral aid programme and certain detailed administrative procedures are implemented by the Commonwealth Development Corporation, the British Council and the Crown Agents.
