- Two prohibition notices (up to 30.4.1984)
- Sixty two improvement notices (up to 30.4.1984)
- and one prosecution (up to 31.12.1984).
The answer covers the activities of Her Majesty's Factory Inspectorate, Her Majesty's Agricultural Inspectorate and Her Majesty's Mines and Quarries Inspectorate, although the notices concerned were in each case issued by Her Majesty's Factory Inspectorate.
