§ Mr. BiffenNo. With the appointment of the Paymaster General on 10 September 1984 it was necessary to provide time on the question roster for questions addressed to the Paymaster General. Following discussions through the usual channels it was decided that this could best be achieved by varying the times for questions to the Member answering on behalf of the Church Commissioners.
