§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNo. We are currently considering advice from our officials following discussions, which were concluded last year, with the professional interests concerned on the question of protection of titles of all professions (including chiropody) covered by the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960. These discussions were concluded on the understanding that the advice would be confidential to Ministers and would not be published.
