§ Mr. Wyn RobertsFollowing allegations made in the House, my officials made informal inquiries with the South Glamorgan county council, which has statutory responsibilities in relation to the provision of private residential care. These inquiries have brought forward no evidence to substantiate the allegations and, at this stage, my right hon. Friend does not propose any further action.
