§ The Attorney-GeneralNo. A report was sent on 20 March 1985 to the Director of Public Prosecutions from the Department of Trade and Industry about this matter and is under consideration. It would not be right to make information public about individual cases in which there may be reason to suspect that criminal offences may have been committed.
