§ Mrs. Beckettasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he expects to be able to reply to the letter from the hon. Member for Derby, South raising the case of Timothy Palliser, first sent to his office in May 1984 and on which an answer has repeatedly been promised and was expected last week.
§ Mr. NewtonI replied to the hon. Member on 20 March, and regret the delay which has occurred in considering the difficult legal issue raised by this case.
