(2) if it is his intention that Argentina should be included in the proposed multilateral fishing regime for the Falklands.
§ Mr. LuceAs my right hon. and learned Friend told the House during the debate on the Falkland Islands 573W (Foreign Affairs Committee Report) on 14 March at columns 495–96, it would not be helpful to go into detail at this stage about our exploration of the possibility of the establishment of a multilaterally-based conservation and management regime for fisheries around the Falkland Islands. This is an important and complex matter which we need to pursue on a confidential basis.
