§ Mr. Peter ReesThe buoyancy of world trade in 1984 has been fully reflected in the growth of United Kingdom exports. The volume of world trade in manufactures is estimated to have grown by 10 per cent., and United Kingdom exports of manufactures, excluding the erratic items which tend to distort the underlying trend, grew by 11 per cent.
