§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeHealth circulars about the level of charges for private patients in the National Health Service are issued annually. They contain determinations made under the powers in sections 65 and 66 of the National Health Service Act 1977 to set the charges paid by private patients in respect of accommodation and services at NHS hospitals.
