§ Mr. Fisherasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) whether he will publish a list of extra-statutory concessions which he has introduced since May 1979;
(2) whether he will consolidate all Inland Revenue extra-statutory concessions into one publication, specifying in each case the fiscal year in which each concession was introduced.
§ Mr. Moore[pursuant to his replies, 25 February 1985, c. 57]: Inland Revenue extra-statutory concessions are published in booklet IR1, the current version of which became available in December 1980. Annual supplements have been issued covering changes up to 2 August 1983. A revised version of the booklet incorporating the amendments to date is planned for later this year.
