Member for Oxford, West and Abingdon (Mr. Patten) on 12 March concerning mentally ill patients in Salford, he will make a statement on the representations made to him by the Salford city council and the Salford health authority; what assessment he made of the problems they drew to his attention with particular reference to Prestwich hospital and what response he made.
