§ 47. Mr. Robert Banksasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in what circumstances he would be prepared to authorise the granting of loans and grants for development projects in Namibia.
§ Mr. RaisonHer Majesty's Government would certainly consider offering development assistance to Namibia after independence achieved in accordance with Security Council Resolution 435.
