§ Mr. LuceThe Governments of France, Germany and the Benelux countries are discussing the possibility of progressively relaxing controls at the land frontiers between them, on the lines of the agreement reached last year between France and Germany. We welcome this development. Separate discussions are taking place about making travel easier throughout the Community as a whole.
