§ Mr. MacGregorIt is too early to say what the final outcome will be of current negotiations between Portugal and the Community on the arrangements to apply after accession for raw sugar supplies to the Portuguese refining industry. The Government's main concern is that the arrangements should not disrupt supplies to existing Community refiners.
