§ Mr. Whiteasked the Lord Privy Seal (1) if he will list those statutes which require the Secretary of State to bring them into operation by order made by statutory instrument for each year since 1955.
(2) if he will list those statutes which have come into operation after a specified period for each year since 1955;
(3) if he will list those statutes which have still to be brought into operation.
