§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThese antacids have varying, and sometimes different, indications for use. The group of independent medical and pharmaceutical experts set up to advise on the selected list recommended that all clinical needs could be met without dimethicone-containing antacids such as Polycrol. We have accepted this advice.
