§ Mr. MacGregorEC logbooks and landing-trans-shipment declarations are due to be introduced on 1 April 1985. The task of distributing logbooks and agreeing the most efficient arrangements for their completion and274W return from that date began on 21 January. I am satisfied with the progress made so far. This has been made possible by the generally high level of co-operation from all concerned in the industry.
