§ Mr. Allan StewartNo representations have been received on the future of the newspaper industry in general, but concern has been expressed about the possible imposition of value added tax on newspapers in Scotland. This is, of course, a matter for my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and we have drawn these representations to his attention.
