§ Mr. RentonMy hon. Friend the Member for Edinburgh, Pentlands (Mr. Rifkind) was in Botswana in February and discussed with the Botswana Government recent problems in their relations with South Africa. I understand that talks to resolve these have now taken place between the two countries.
